What is HYPS?

What is HYPS? HYPS is an acronym for Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Stanford. These are elite American colleges, considered the most highly selective. They all use a form of Restrictive Early Action or REA in their early application process, which means they are so confident you will come that they don't bother to make you commit upfront.
